Decided to draw one of my characters and work on digital painting. Still need so much work
I used Painter X for this one. Does anyone know a good page setting to start off with? I did this small so when it zoomed in for detail it was just squares and was hard as hell to get things right.. ; ;
What i've been trying to figure out - when you open up a new document - its 3MB canvas size, and resolution is at 72 (pixels per inch) Does that sound right?
I've never used Painter X but that sounds much to small to me, I work as large as my computer can handle so I can zoom in really far and have the option to print it nicely. 200dpi (pixels per inch) means it will print clearly but you need to have enough pixels for it to actually be big, 72dpi means that it is intended for web viewing only.

A Special Collection of photographs i found this month that still haunts my mind. Show them some love There are always some i can`t include due to space, i try to make the features under 50 deviations to give them better exposure
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
